Just-released documents in the R. Kelly child pornography trial indicate that a cohort of Kelly allegedly threatened to kill the prosecution's key witness in the trial.

According to TMZ, Lisa Van Allen, said in pretrial documents that an "employee" of Kelly said she should have been killed for snitching on the singer. No charges ever resulted from her claims and Kelly was acquitted of all 14 counts of child pornography last Friday.

Van Allen also said that she received $100,000 from an associate of Kelly for a tape of her and the singer with another allegedly underage girl.

The star witness in the prosecution's case, Van Allen testified during Kelly's trial to having multiple three-way sexual encounters with the R&B singer and the alleged victim on the tape.
