DMX Stars In New DVD W/Michael Madsen & David Carradine

Rapper/actor DMX is set to star in the straight-to-DVD Action Thriller Last Hour, scheduled for release on April 15.

The movie follows five characters who are lured to an abandoned house in China, then learn they're in company with a psychotic killer and only have an hour to live. [Watch trailer below]

The film also stars Michael Madsen and David Carradine, who co-starred in the Quentin Tarantino crime drama Kill Bill.

This latest effort is hardly the Darkman's first venture into film. X has previously starred in several major releases, including Belly, Romeo Must Die, Cradle 2 the Grave and Exit Wounds with Steven Seagal.

Along with his movie roles, X is still making moves on the music front. As previously reported, DMX recently signed to Bodog Music, also home to Warren G and Wu-Tang Clan, and plans to reunite with longtime collaborator Swizz Beatz for the forthcoming album Walk With Me Now and You'll Fly With Me Later.
