Ricky Ross just cant seem to keep himself out the news. By now I'm sure you've heard about the Miami rappers charity day that ended in gun fire. Ross tried to pawn it off as some random act of violence thats typical of the inner city. But, an eye witness who spoke is pointing at the smoking gun [no pun intended] at Ricky Ross himself.

Here's what a volunteer is telling us.

After recent reports of gunshots erupting at a Rick Ross charity event, has spoken with one of the volunteers who claim the bullets may have been retaliation from the Miami rapper’s entourage for fellow Poe Boy artist Flo Rida.

As previously reported by, an argument from yesterday’s 2nd Annual Rick Ross Be Out Day in Miami Gardens, Florida led to 10 to 12 shots being fired in to the air. Rumored to be a message to the headlining performer for his recent corrections officer history being exposed, a volunteer, Steve Lewis, who worked the VIP area, explained what exactly went down.

“There was only about three guys that were like from the ages of like 15 maybe to 17, pretty young guys” he began. “They were there earlier because they had performed.”

According to Steve, the performers were wearing shirts that read “F*ck Fla Rida” in addition to one person in the crowd of people with the same clothing.

“It looked kinda strange because this is a kids’ event,” he admitted. “People coming out to enjoy themselves, and I’m thinking, ‘Man, you don’t need to bring that here.’ All of this stuff was done for the kids.”

Explaining the significance for the spelling of Flo Rida’s name as “Fla Rida”, Steve broke down the persons’ intentions of dismantling his street credibility.

“The way Flo Rida was spelled was, instead of the “o” there was an “a”, like saying that he’s flawed,” he revealed. “In Miami, you call somebody flaw, flaw means that they fake or they’re not real. Instead of saying Flo Rida, it said Fla Rida.”

He then went on to detail where the gunshots may have emerged from explaining how Poe Boe associate E Class confronted one of the men and confirmed the shooting occurred outside the event.

“When Rick Ross, E Class had gone off to approach the guy about the t-shirt, after he had ran after the guy, I heard the gun shot. I don’t know where it came from, as soon as I heard the gun shot everybody scattered,” Steve confessed. “I’m positive it was not from the crowd.”

Despite allegations that the shots could have been the audience’s response from Ross’ corrections officer history recently being publicly released, Steve revealed how the shooting was more likely a warning.

“I could be wrong about this, but it probably came from Ross’ entourage tryin’ to scare off the guys who had the t-shirt,” he admitted. “’Cause, I mean, E Class, when he had chased down the guy, after I heard the gunshots, everybody returned back to the VIP area. Ross had not ran off. Flo Rida had not ran off, neither Brisco.”

Claiming the performers acted like “they was almost used to it” Steve also said the shoot-out happened after the closing of the show.

Calls to Ross’ manager E-Class were not returned at press time.

This news isn't surprising one bit. But at the end of the day who the hell cares anymore. Ricky has already proven that he cant be trusted.
