50 Cent was told by a judge today that he cannot make any transactions with his Long Island estate that recently burned down.

According to TMZ, the New York rapper is not allowed to sell or rid himself of the home until the cause of the fire is determined as per judge's orders. Any insurance money 50 acquires from the home must also be placed into a trust account pending the resolution of his dispute with ex-girlfriend, Shaniqua Tompkins.

As previously reported, Shaniqua was living in the home with the couple's 10-year-old son, a daughter from a previous relationship and her boyfriend when the house mysteriously went up in smoke in the early morning of Friday, May 30. Fire officials believe the blaze to be a case of arson as they found a five-gallon gas container on the premises. 50 denied any involvement in the fire and no suspects have been named.

Tompkins told reporters last week, 50 "didn't even attempt to call his son to see how he was doing! A good father would do that!"

She also told reporters that prior to the fire he threatened her, "He said he was gonna have somebody kill me."

His lawyer issued a statement saying, "[Fif] is extremely thankful that everyone including his son, Marquise, escaped the burning house safely. He is confident that authorities will be conducting a thorough investigation of the incident and is eager to review their findings."

The $1.4 million house has been the center of a heated battle between the former couple. 50 purchased the home in January 2007 and tried evicting Tompkins in April of this year, demanding that she either leave or pay $4,500 in monthly rent. Tompkins then filed a lawsuit against the rapper alleging a "breach of contract" as she claimed he promised to put all or part of the house in her name.

In April a judge ruled in 50's favor and gave Tompkins until the end of the school year to vacate the premise.
