MTV's refusal to air two racy commercials for Sean "Diddy" Combs' female Sean John fragrance, "Unforgivable Woman," has lead the Bad Boy mogul to post the unrated spots online and to comment on the ban.
As previously reported, one commercials showed Diddy "going at it" with model Jessica Gomez and putting his hand under her dress, while another showed a woman holding Gomez's breast and pulling her underwear. MTV deemed the commercials too raunchy and sent a list to Diddy to make changes but he refused.
According to the New York Post, the Bad Boy founder is still holding his ground. Diddy combined the unrated spots and posted it on his MySpace page. He also released the following statement:
"I feel strongly that this movie needs to be viewed and judged by the public rather than by executives," Combs said. "Some people may be uncomfortable with the sensuality and sexual content, but it is important for them to make that decision personally."
MTV was not available for comment when reached.
This marks the second time an advertisement for the Unforgivable fragrance has caused a stir. Last year, department stores refused to put out an Unforgivable cologne print showing Diddy lying in bed with two women, hinting at a ménage a trois.
The cologne won the "Men's Fragrance of the Year" at the Fragrance Foundation (Fifi) Awards earlier this year, making Diddy the second African-American after Michael Jordan to win a Fifi award.
