Hip-Hop mogul Russell Simmons has teamed with mega retailer Target for the "Ninth Annual Youth Holiday Party" in New York City next month.

Russell and his brothers Danny and Joseph "Reverend Run" Simmons will celebrate the creative energy of the Big Apple's future generations by bringing more than 500 at-risk youth together to receive gifts and participate in various festivities.

Organized by Russell's Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation and featuring special guests including radio personality DJ Envy, Target returns for their fifth year as the event's sponsor.

"At Target, our local grants are making a difference in the communities we serve," Target Community Relations President Laysha West said in a statement. "We're proud to partner with Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation as part of our ongoing commitement to give back to the communities where our guests and team members live and work."

Chris Brown, Daniel Gibson, Chris Paul, Lebron James and a handful of other celebrities have also signed a variety of raffle prizes including basketball jerseys, an Apple iPod, video games and an X-Box 360 gaming system.

The "Annual Youth Holiday Party" takes place Tuesday, December 9 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Fillmore New York at Irving Plaza.
