Platinum-selling rapper Snoop Dogg has been forced to evacuate his family from their Southern California house due to a wildfire currently spreading throughout the area.

According to E!, the rapper-turned-actor's relatives and staff joined over 26,000 other residents Sunday (November 16) as they were forced to evacuate. The blaze has reportedly burned down 150 homes and is moving forward to roughly 3,500 more which rest in its path.

Snoop's mansion is located in a gated hillside community in Diamond Bar known as The Country Estates. Local radio station KNX 1070 has reported that friends of the entertainer are making their way back to the home in hopes of retrieving more possessions and memorabilia in case the fire destroys the residence.

Labeled the "Triangle Complex" fire, the destruction spans over popular areas including Orange County, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside.

Snoop was reportedly out-of-town as the area was being evacuated.
