Hip-Hop superstar Kanye West was arrested earlier today (November 14) and shortly after released for allegedly assaulting another photographer.

According to TMZ, the mega rapper/producer was taken in by authorities at a Gateshead hotel in England after reportedly becoming violent with a person taking images of him leaving the Tup Tup nightclub.

Ye was allegedly leaving the spot with four females and became upset when he took notice of a person taking his photos. Reacting in anger, the rap star apparently omitted from destroying the device but in turn shoved it into the victim's face resulting in a cut on his nose.

Despite the incident, Ye was released shortly after being arrested and as of now, no charges have been issued.

As previously reported, the Chi-Town emcee was also taken in by authorities in September at LAX airport in Los Angeles for a similar incident involving him, his road manager, Don C, and a photographer - where they broke a camera estimated at $10,000 worth of damages. While Kanye was originally hit with vandalism charges in that case, they were eventually dropped.
