"You are hereby commanded to take into your custody Scott Spencer Storch," the order reads.
Once jailed, the producer may be released after posting a $46,000 bond. As previously reported by, Storch has continued to miss monthly payments of $7,500 since December. Today he owes $30,000 in delayed payments and another $16,000 for his son's Prepaid College Plan.

Aside from child support payments, Storch's $10.5 million Miami Beach home is behind in property taxes totaling $511,839. The producer's financial woes became more public when Storch put his $20 million yacht on eBay for $600,000.
