Chuck D and super producer Just Blaze are set to try their hand at the video game world as they contribute to Midway Games' latest version of their "NBA Ballers" series.

The new game, NBA Ballers: Chosen One, hits the market this spring and will feature Public Enemy frontman, Chuck D, tackling multiple roles in the game, including providing in-game commentary for all of the action as well as being the announcer and studio host for the "Chosen One Tournament."

Just Blaze - who is known for being a video game fanatic himself - will be doing what he does best by composing the game's original score.

"The talents of Chuck D and Just Blaze will greatly enhance the NBA Ballers: Chosen One experience, as players live the fantasy lifestyle of an NBA Superstar," said George Gomez executive producer of Midway Amusement Games via a press release.

"Chuck D is one of the most recognizable voices in music history, while Just Blaze has produced multiple chart-topping hits," he continued. "Together they'll ensure that NBA Ballers:Chosen One will feature a sound to match the game's amazing graphics and game play."

The game features more than 65 of the NBA's top hoopers and will also feature an online competition component that will enable players to play via the internet.

NBA Ballers:Chosen One will be available this spring on both XBOX 360 and Playstation 3.
