According to the NY DAILY NEWS, Kimora Lee Simmons and being sued by popular department store chain Macy’s.

Kimora Lee Simmons overcharged Macy’s for her beauty products and then refused to pay back the extra profit, according to a lawsuit filed last week in Manhattan Supreme Court.

In September 2006, four months after Simmons separated from her multimillionaire husband, Def Jam Records co-founder Russell Simmons, she signed an agreement to provide Macy’s with her line of cosmetics. But then she allegedly jacked up the price of her beauty products.

DENNIS RODMAN GETTING SUED

Former basketball star Dennis Rodman is being sued by an ex-Vegas hotel manager, who claims he rubbed his body against her and slapped her bottom.

Sara Robinson was working at the Hard Rock Hotel in the US gambling resort when Rodman assaulted her, she claims. In her federal lawsuit, she also accuses her former employer of sacking her after she complained about the 46-year-old’s behaviour.

Ms Robinson said she was working in the Cuba Libre bar when Rodman began “making a scene” by trying to climb on the bar. “As Robinson stepped around the bar, Rodman grabbed her, pulled her towards him and rubbed his body against hers,” the lawsuit alleges. Robinson tried to get free from Rodman’s grasp at which time he assaulted her by reaching down and slapping her open-handed on the bottom.”
